Summary: They accommodated us from 2nd floor to the 1st floor. I forget to request it because of a knee surgery.

Summary: This is not a fancy place, but it doesn't pretend to be. It is convenient, affordable, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the amenities a (in-room coffee, micro, fridge) are great. No work-out room but they do have a pool.

Summary: The room itself was fine, but no thought for older or physically-challenged people: No handholds in the shower, which was incredibly slippery and dangerous, and the toilet was so low to the floor getting up would be difficult for many people. Fridge and microwave but no forks or spoons, even in the office. The most uncomfortably hard mattress and pillows imaginable.
