Positive: The staff was wonderful! We needed to check in by 10pm and we were having trouble making it on time. We called and the staff was very nice about it & helpful! We were so relieved! Thank you:)

Negative: Our room was very clean! The bathroom floor was clean. However, the carpet was dirty. When we walked barefoot in the room, our feet got dirty. We had to wear our shoes.

Positive: The location is good, lots of parking, no way to get lost.

Negative: A staff over the phone was extremely unpleasant and was contradicting a policy another employee had told us of in person.

Negative: Very small room. It needs to be renovated. The shower head was so short and im a short person, and the beds were overly soft . Maybe it’s time for new beds . The walls need to be soundproof.
