Positive: In a quiet road, spacious inside and out.

Negative: We arrived to overflowing bins as we parked, ‘clean me’ sign ignored from previous occupiers, dangerously loose floor gripper in between hall and kitchen (photo available), lack of crockery, no smoke alarm in kitchen, no grill trays and cleaning requires more attention to detail.

Summary: Comfortable but rough around the edges, housekeeping below standard.

Positive: Lovely garden, it’s really big and bbq was great too. Lounge was nice and modern and comfortable, and house is in a good location. Kitchen was well equipped and shampoo and conditioner in bathroom was nice touch.

Negative: Dishwasher wasn’t working. We also only had enough towels for 2 people. Asked for more and was told housekeeping would bring them round but this didn’t happen. Also there were a few nails sticking up from floorboards by kitchen - which kids caught their feet on so this probably needs looking at

Positive: Location was good. Parking ok. Bedrooms nice. Kitchen and bathroom facilities moderate.

Negative: Advertised dishwasher didn't work and we guessed the previous aswell as their dirty dishes were in it on our arrival. Nail protrudes from hall floor. Shower drain blocked. Cubicle too small.

Positive: Nice and peaceful good size.bungalow lovely decoration

Negative: Not clean enough work tops and mugs etc needed washing, fridge not cold took over night to get working warning lights flashing could do with better bedding the house was very cold no instructions for setting heating but I new how to do it 😊 remotely turning heating on before guests arrive is a good idea internet very poor 🫤not moaning just trying to help would stay again 🫠 very good info in folder thankyou
