A delightful place to enjoy a relaxing break in the North Norfolk country side. Oak Tree Cottage is situated in the peaceful countryside village of Little Snoring with the spectacular North Norfolk coastline nearby.
Explore the old fishing towns and beaches of Wells next the Sea, Sheringham and Cromer. The quaint coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley, with bird reserves and boat trips to the seal colonies. Visit the market towns of Holt and Fakenham, or the stately houses and parkland of Holkham, Blickling and Felbrigg, all a short drive away through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
Locally, there are country walks, a small amenity store, post office and a pub serving food.
Oak Tree Cottage offers spacious accommodation with WIFI and benefits from under floor heating throughout downstairs plus two cosy wood burning stoves, and radiators upstairs. A large well maintained garden to the rear with mature flower beds, a vegetable garden, patios, arbour and water feature all to be enjoyed. To the front of the house there is an ornamented gravel area with seating and driveway parking for one car to one side. A secure space beyond the locked double gates is available for a small boat trailer or bicycles. Additional kerbside parking is available in front of the house.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay, dogs especially enjoyed the garden, it was beautiful, thank you! A couple of things that might be helpful for guests with accessibility issues to know, the tread height at the bottom of the stairs is a little uneven with a shallower second step up as well as low clearance on the ceiling going up. We had a less mobile guest we had to be a little careful with going up and down the stairs but it wasn’t a major issue. Also if you’re looking for the shower mats so as to avoid slipping, we eventually found them in the cupboard in the upstairs bathroom. Hope that helps any future guests!

Summary: The cottage is beautiful and well equipped. The garden is a safe haven gorgeous and enclosed ideal for pets. The area has many lovely beaches to visit and also many activities. I cannot recommend this cottage enough the holiday was a great success

Summary: Get through the front door and everything is lovely.Spacious, superbly equipped and clean. Outdoor space wonderful to sit in and full of interesting features. Many thanks for a super holiday home. TV however difficult to negotiate for non tec oldies!!

Summary: Really nice relaxing place to stay. The dogs loved the enclosed garden. The only minor issue was the staircase which is very steep with a low roof. But overall excellent. Highly recommended.
