Positive: Hazel Barn was amazing. The apartment was clean, tidy and the bedrooms and bathroom are huge. We stayed for 2 and half weeks whilst building work was completed on our house and I have to say it was a real home from home and had everything we required. As an aside the location was beautiful, deer, pheasants and rabbits galore running around in the fields outside and the family guinea fowl were amusing to watch clucking around the grounds. Emilie was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in the countryside and enjoy misty early morning views over farmlands and fields.

Negative: My only comment would be it needed a bigger TV, but we were using it as a home from home so perhaps if you are staying for a short holiday this wouldn't be an issue.

Negative: Being about to hear the people upstairs and all the cleaning we had to do at the end of the visit. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t particularly clean with beard hair all over the sink and the oven needs a good clean as was smoking when was on
