Positive: 3 good sized bedrooms. Heating was super and badly needed after a long day out in the cold. Views of Manhattan to die for. WOW. 2min walk to bus stop for the 123 into NY. Ideal.

Negative: Nothing that I didn’t like.

Positive: The apartment was very pretty, the furniture and decorations were beautiful. Each day was a pleasure waking up, seeing the sun shine through the windows. It is in a nice neighbourhood and we frequented the local bars, however some were cash only so make sure to ask beforehand. The journey into NYC was extremely quick, only 20 minutes on the 123 bus from the bus stop 2mims from the apartment. This brought us directly into the PABT bus station. Some busses run throughout the night as well. There is a laundromat super close by too. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Thin walls, however this was hardly an issue.

Summary: Beautiful home that is extremely close to Manhattan.

Positive: The building was awesome. Beautiful, clean. With great views. We would come again. We loved it.

Negative: We came mid-summer, so the air conditioning was struggling to keep up but did cool the place enough. Though it was a short distance from Manhattan, we were surprised how long it took to travel to get there, so if you're not used to the public transportation a couple of miles can take almost an hour when you have to cross a body of water.

Positive: This is a very cozy place with a unique and charming interior design. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, and about a 15-minute ride to Manhattan. The neighborhood is also very safe and peaceful, making it a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and provided us with lots of guidance and assistance.

Negative: The house is quite old, and getting to the room requires climbing two steep flights of stairs, which wasn’t very convenient for our family with a lot of luggage. Parking near the entrance is also very limited, so we had to spend some time looking for a spot. The carpet wasn’t very clean, and we noticed small bugs and ants on both the carpet and the sofa.

Summary: We had a wonderful three-night stay. Overall, we would recommend this house.
