Positive: This place was Amazing. The host made me feel as though I knew them. Like we met before. I felt comfortable in the rental. I was able to contact them at my leisure. And they was on point with answering my calls and text messages. I plan to visit again. Sooner than later.

Negative: Duuuh. Lol, nothing. It was an awesome stay.

Positive: Great location on a quiet street with off-street parking. Walking distance to both line 2 and line 5 trains to Manhattan. Grocery stores / restaurants + pizza nearby.

Negative: Temperature in the apartment fluctuated down quite a bit. Solved this with conveniently provided space heaters.

Positive: Very comfy apartment with lots of personal considerate touches, like snacks, extra towels and new bedding. It's a sunny and warm space. And there are lots of useful shops within a minute walk (laundromat, corner stores, pizza). The owners are lovely and very welcoming.

Negative: It's a bit of a walk to the nearest train stations (10 mins), and the train line was down in the weekend, so it was well over an hour to get to Manhattan (as we had to take a bus for part of the way). But this is nothing to do with the apartment - just the location.

Summary: Very comfortable stay in the Bronx
