Positive: Amazing location, views. And the most wonderful staff - especially Aggie. LOVED visiting the waterfall and also just swimming in the lake. chef very flexible with our adventurous in spirit but limited in cuisine kids. Very appreciated. SS
Negative: Some cleanliness - room wasn’t serviced, pool was murky.
Summary: Absolute must stay in this rural and stunning part of Uganda.

Positive: Beautiful oasis where we stayed 2 nights after a 4 day hike through the Rwenzori mountains. Superb views, spacious and atmospheric room with a great veranda. Incredibly friendly staff that catered to our every need including breakfasts on our porch, lovely dinners, bonfires and laundry service. And they helped us to change our flat tyre before we left. Highly recommend to stay here if on route!
Negative: Only point of feedback would be that the pool could do with some cleaning.

Positive: Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Nyanja View. The surroundings are calm and offer stunning views, making it the perfect place to unwind. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a luxurious African style, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We loved spending our afternoons by the pool and ending the day relaxing near the fireplace. The food was excellent, always fresh and full of flavor. You could tell that a lot of care went into preparing each meal. The staff were warm, helpful, and consistently attentive. They were always available when needed and made everything feel easy and well-organized without being intrusive. I would happily come back and highly recommend Nyanja View to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Positive: The resort has potential to be great. Location and the view and the public area, restaurant, bar and pool are great.
Negative: BUT: the resort seems to be managed poorly. We stayed two nights. The room was clearly prepared multiple days in advance, as many dead flies and insects where found on the bed sheets. This should not happen. The room itself is very small and has almost no space for luggage bigger then a backpack. The shower was horrible, giving steaming hot water for a few seconds and then cold water again. The pool was totally dirty and not inviting to go for a swim. Unfortunately the side suffered a couple of power outages, where the staff managed the situation not very well. It took up to 5 hours until they started the backup generator. Many of our complains could have been prevented if the side was managed better. Hope this will help to improve in the future
