Positive: The location was fantastic. The hosts where brilliant and helpful. The food was well prepared. Mr Cleaver and Annette were always on hand whenever we needed anything. The host recommended some wonderful excursions

Negative: The fridge did not work which was a bit of an inconvenience but the staff provided a cooler which was very helpful. Needs a bit of general maintenance, loose electrical socket, the front door and loose shower peg and shower knob.

Summary: Wonderful and restful. Worth every penny.

Positive: Views on the lake, situation in the middle of crater lake and great walk to Mahoma falls. Neat and comfortable house. Very friendly, flexible and accessible host. Very friendly staff!

Negative: Small things could increase the comfort: outside dinning table, better sofa. If families stays are welcome, some small books/toys for the kids would be highly appreciated.

Summary: Amazing location with splendid views on the crater lake. Comfy house and helpful team.

Positive: The breakfast was ok with variety and plenty. I didn't like the pan cakes though.

Negative: The dinner meals looked nice but were not really that tasty to the tongue. Also, there is no barrier at the boundaries of the compound outside the house, so the neighboring lake was abit frightening especially to the kids.

Positive: Beautiful place to stay for a couple of days in the crater lake region. Perfect location with a direct access to the lake for great swim. Be ready for a steep path to the shore. Fantastic full breakfast provided every morning and really kind service.

Negative: A couple of technical issues during the stay but quickly resolved.
