Positive: The day I arrived, the young woman in the front office was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating.

Negative: The hours in which staff were available onsite were quite sparse. There were occasions when I needed assistance, but was only able to correspond by email. This was not helpful when immediate assistance was needed.

Positive: Fantastic little place. Ideal for Barclays Arena and good parking, which was perfect. 2 turns from the Autobahn, so that was amazing.

Negative: Everything was nice, but there was body hair on the bedding. I have to say, the bedding looked clean - but there were several hairs on sheet.
