This recently remodeled guest cottage is beautiful and features a new kitchen, new bathroom, and new appliances. Offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, it will sleep 4-6.The cottage has stunning views of Torch Lake and you'll enjoy beautiful sunsets from the new water's edge deck.Conveniently located on the east side of the lake, close to the Dockside and numerous marinas.This is the perfect up north getaway to chill out and relax or to use as your base while you explore the beautiful area.128' of lake frontage to enjoy, including a small, sandy beach area.Great for kids to swim and play. Central air conditioning, WIFIand an attached garage. Within walking distance to marinas that rent boats. The bedrooms are upstairs,and the bathroom is on the main level. Being on the East side of Torch Lake, you get the lake breezes which make this spot nearly bug free.Owners do live on the property. Looking for respectful, peaceful renters to enjoy this beautiful place.With Traverse City, Leelanau Peninsula and the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes to the west, and Charlevoix and Petoskey to the north, this is agreat location for all of Northern Michigan's activities.

Summary: The Nutcracker Suite is lovely and well-maintained. It sits on a very pretty piece of lakefront property, tucked into the woods. The house is well-equipped and the owners Shirley and Bob were helpful, informative and concerned that we have a wonderful vaction. They even have a cabinet full of games and toys that our grandson loved. We hope to go back!

Summary: We had a lovely stay here. The living area is large and spacious with huge windows to appreciate the beautiful lake views. Really enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor chairs. The owners live on the property and were kind and friendly. Would stay here again!

Summary: This was the perfect place for me and my husband. A lovely cottage, beautiful view and quiet neighborhood. Great for a little R&R, but with plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas when we wanted to venture out. The owners residing on the property were very kind and helpful with their knowledge of the area and offering suggestions. We would definitely stay here again and have already talked about a return trip next fall. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a getaway on beautiful Torch Lake.

Summary: Let me start with the owners are kindest, friendly folks. “We just want you to have a good time” they said. The house is newer and has a great West view of Torch. Nice yard for activities or just relaxing, looking over the beautiful lake and boaters going by. Yes, we will stay there again!

Summary: This is an amazing property, it has all the comforts of home and is spacious and clean. The lakefront is spectacular, and is great for swimming or having a meal outside. You even get a garage to park in. We would definitely stay here again.
