Summary: Excellent hotel. Housekeeper Edi was the sweetest - left the room spotless every night, folded the towels into amazing shapes and was very friendly. Left a truly big impression. Beach area is great, beach cleaners do an excellent job and so does the rest of the service staff. Breakfast has a lot of options, only downside is that you need to order the hot drinks through the waiters which can lead to it taking a bit long. Perhaps a more suitable option would be to have machines so you can help yourself. The waiters do an amazing job though.

Summary: We booked 2 rooms from different website. The check in took quite a time, it’s the longest check in I had have experienced, I booked through hotels.com, and it said free breakfast for kids but when I checked in they said I booked from the third party expedia and I need to pay extra for my daughter’s breakfast, the rate at hotels.com is overpriced. The room is okay, just we have bad luck with the guest from the room next door who always having conversation at night on the phone with very loud voice and sometimes screaming, we could not sleep well. The hotel and surrounding is nice especially the beach.

Summary: I loved the pool and restaurant options. Both were varied and provided lots of choices. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Choices for every traveller (American, European, Asian). Pastries were exceptional as were are the food choices.
