Positive: Beautiful and characterful property. Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We very much appreciated the bread, jams, milk and Welshcakes that were thoughtfully provided. Great bed linens too!

Positive: The location could not have been more perfect for the Hay Winter weekend. It was spotless and equipped with everything we could possibly have needed.

Negative: My husband is 6 ‘ 5” and he really struggled with the low beams in the bedroom and the low doors too. A lot of head- banging!

Summary: Despite the above, we really woukd have liked to book up for next year’s festival but someone had beaten us to it!

Positive: The location was perfect. The car park was a lot closer than I expected. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and the bed is huge and extremely comfortable. The host went above and beyond, to accommodate my request for a little extra detail.
