Summary: Cool patio on the river. Very spacious room. A few items needing attention: 1. Deadbolt doesn’t work in room 104. Jam of door doesn’t match dead bolt 2. Inside coffee maker needs to be cleaned 3. The legs on the couch at foot of the bed at broken. Dangerous.

Summary: I feel badly about leaving this negative review, but perhaps it can help the management to improve. We booked this hotel because it was near to our relatives and the website looked nice. The room and the service were just not acceptable. There were 4 hangers in the closet when we arrived, and when we asked the receptionist for more, she was surprised that we needed 10. We were there 4 days for a wedding and had special clothes we needed to hang. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows oversized for a Queen bed, making them difficult to use. The 2 regular sized pillows in the closet were too hard and uncomfortable to use. The bottom sheet on the bed was not fitted and wrinkled badly during the night. The bath towels were very worn and had holes. But, the worst thing was that there was no room cleaning. The second day, I asked reception to have the room serviced in the morning before we left the hotel at 9am. Nothing happened until 2pm when a young girl came in with towels and asked if that was all we wanted, I had to ask her to clean the bathroom and to vacuum, all of which she did in just a few minutes. That was the last we saw of any room servicing. We were busy with family and didn’t have time to monitor the situation and to inform the seldom staffed front desk. I cannot recommend this hotel. Even though other hotels are a bit further away from our relatives, we will be using them in the future.

Summary: This is an absolute gem. Everything very well done. Don’t miss eating at the Thai restaurant in the building. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This hotel was fantastic. Huge room with a nice sitting area. Right on the river so nice views from that side of the building. It just had a very "comfortable" vibe to it overall. We will absolute stay there again if we go to the Green Bay area again.

Summary: Really pleased with our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very clean, nicely decorated lobby. Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was very large and spotless. Good quality towels. Mattress was a little uncomfortable but bedding and pillows very nice. Location was excellent. Close to many restaurants downtown and great view of the river. Didn't try the onsite restaurant as it was closed on the day we were there. Good breakfast. Will stay there again if in the area.

Summary: We have stayed here several times and never been disappointed. Had hoped to try the Thai restaurant attached to this property but they are closed on Mondays & Tuesdays.

Summary: Room size and service were great! Shower didn’t work though and didn’t have time before work to address so had to “sink bathe”… I’d give it a second chance though!

Summary: The customer service was top tier. Rooms made me feel like I was at home, comfy. The bar was fantastic with many drink choices. Will be staying here every time we are in the area from now on!
