Positive: Stayed at a beautiful homestay in Nubra Valley and honestly, it was one of the most peaceful experiences of the trip. The place felt like a true home away from home — clean rooms, cozy setup, and stunning views of the mountains right outside the window. The hospitality was incredibly warm; the hosts made sure we were comfortable at every step and treated us like family. The highlight was definitely the food. Fresh, home-cooked meals with authentic local flavors — simple yet incredibly delicious. After long travel days, having hot, wholesome food like dal, sabzi, and freshly made rotis was just perfect. They even served local dishes which made the experience even more special. If you’re visiting Nubra, I’d highly recommend choosing a homestay like this over hotels. It gives you a much more genuine and memorable Ladakh experience. Peaceful vibes, great food, and heartfelt hospitality — couldn’t have asked for more!
