Positive: Staff were lovely and easy to check in and check out.

Negative: The bathroom. It is incredibly hard to keep clean/dry after someone has had a shower. Is it possible for there to be a mop in the room to assist with cleaning up. The whole motel room became quite dirty on the floors as a result.

Positive: I had asked if it would be possible to drop off our luggage earlier than the standard check in time of 2pm as we had to vacate our previous rental by 11am. When we arrived at around 11.30 am, the managers generously allowed us check in at this time. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfy and everything we needed was there. Great pool and playground too.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. Reasonably priced accommodation and great amenities. Excellent camp

Positive: Staff were very accommodating. The light in our bathroom didn’t work on arrival, staff were straight into fixing it and when he couldn’t it was still fixed the next morning.

Negative: The floors of the cabin were quite dirty on arrival, unfortunately I don’t believe they had been vacuumed or mopped. There was no space in bathroom for any toiletries. Perhaps a mirror cabinet would be a good idea.
