Positive: Checkin with my family was very smooth and excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Cab facility from The Hotel was also very good.

Negative: The furnishings had very sharp corners , in a family if there are kids then they might hurt themselves. The Closets were not very clean. I was also expecting Kits for my kid, like a towel, soap, but this wasn't there, I could've requested but I had no time.

Positive: The staff was very Welcoming. Good service in restaurant , only thing fruits were missing in breakfast.

Negative: the location is a bit isolated and surrounding not clean enough.garbages are eye sore

Positive: The property has great bones. Nice rooms, a pool, good location.

Negative: Poor management, maintenance isn’t being done, rooms need repainting, bathrooms need a deep clean, a there are upkeep issues that need to be addressed.. Staff spend most of the day sitting in the lobby on their phones. Proper management could easily make huge improvements on the hotel. Repeatedly asked by management to go to the restaurant, even when I said no, they kept pressuring me. The pool isn’t well maintained. There is a broken broom on the deck and a pair of underwear. The pool needs to be scrubbed and repairs done.
