Positive: Photos don't do this hotel justice. Staff went above and beyond. Location excellent. Local shops quite good. Not alot in the area need excursions. I changed room on arrival. This was done rapidly and staff very accommodating.

Positive: Beautiful beach and swimming pools.

Negative: Dining room was like a high school cafeteria. No table clothes, not even at dinner. Food trays not replenished if later in the designed time frame for the particular meal.

Positive: Everything was very good kindly staff, nice food, rooms was beautiful and big, also there's more restaurant a lot of food, activity on beach and swimming pool was so nice and crazy, Mr. Najeh, Mrs. Hunaida were greeting good, Miss. Amna doing so much good activity on swimming pool For your information this is maybe my 10 visit to this hotel since 2019 I advice all who read my comment to be here and try this hotel

Negative: The transfer from the Tunis airport should be included but they wanted me to pay extra. The hotel staff is excellent. The waiters and service staff in the restaurant are very kind and always there to help you. The only problem is with the management, who yell at the waiters in Arabic and use phrases like, "if you don't like it, you can leave the job!". These guys do not deserve to be yelled at because they represent the hotel at the highest and best level. I also want to say that the general manager of the hotel is a charismatic person and unfortunately, he is not aware that the lower-ranking management is yelling at and blackmailing the waiters.
