The location is quiet and relaxing, with views of the sea, olive trees, and hills. A luxurious two-bedroom apartment with a living room, a kitchen, and two large bedrooms. This new, spacious apartment is fully equipped (TV, refrigerator, beds, living room, closets, kitchen utensils) and features a balcony with a magnificent view of Nabeul.
It’s the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends.

The apartment is located in North Hammamet, in Mrezg, 5 minutes from the beaches and the tourist area, 5 minutes from Aqualudia, and 5 minutes from downtown Hammamet and downtown Nabeul. It features a small balcony with views of Nabeul, the sea, olive groves, and green hills. The apartment is located on the first floor of a new small building with three apartments.

The building is easily accessible from the road connecting Hammamet to Nabeul.
