Positive: Amazing stay with my family. We booked a superior room that has a queen and sofa bed. Arrived at around 11 am and was just supposed to leave our bags but the guy at the reception was so nice and offer to check if the room is ready which there is. A big plus and was better than expected. The room was clean and well kept. My daughter loved that there is a separate tub a and shower area. We were lucky enough to be in a room not on the main street. What we love the most is the pool area, you can use it as long as you like. Changing room was clean, there were unlimited towels that you can use. Loved the steam and sauna. Very convenient location about 6 minutes walk from train station and to the high street and mall. Just a tip when using the elevator. Just follow the instruction in the elevator. I was worried base on the reviews I read. But just make sure to swipe the card downwards with the black strip of the card facing the lift door. Then press your floor. Store your card away from your credit cards or magnets. We will be definitely stay here again.

Negative: The room air condition was low during the day even though the temp was turned on to max. But at night, the temperature of the room became cold. Glad that you can open the window a little. Just hope there were more plugs.

Positive: Great location quite near the station. Good size room with a tasty breakfast Meeting room a good size & staff were helpful

Negative: Small things were an issue. Towelling robe was old, no teaspoons in the room, no pad of paper which can be useful.
