Positive: It’s very convenient for the train station. We love the pool and the rooms, whilst dated, are very comfortable. The staff are always great. Lama needs a special mention. Breakfast this morning was crazy but he was exceptional as was his team. Well done.

Negative: It was super busy and not enough staff on duty. Shame no food was available for such a busy weekend. The rooms were so so hot. The cooling system is so dated and ours didn’t work. The staff were great and sorted us a fan which helped.

Summary: Comfortable, yet dated. Lovely pool.

Positive: Really good value (with the half board) lovely pool/gym for this price point. Staff were all really friendly. Appreciated the 12 check out time.

Negative: There was lots of equipment not put away in the gym, I was there early(ish) and would be surprised if that much mess has been made that morning. Great facilities and this is really nitpicking.
