Summary: Stay was ok. First of all, the staff, Mya at front desk was exceptional! She deserves the world. Outstanding so please recognise her. Sadly, shortly after we checked in on xmas eve, the hotel had a power cut which lasted approximately 6hrs. This was very frustrating to have no power for so long, couldnt even charge phone or have light on. Complete darkness. Mya was excellent tho and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible considering. She had so much empathy and warmness. Will revisit for her service.

Summary: The hotel itself was excellent, but the stay was marred by a large group of Londoners who allowed their children to run out of control during dinner and up to midnight, with no consideration for other guests.

Summary: The staff were great, the rooms were clean & comfortable and the food (dinner and breakfast) was very good. To make it even better, it was only 1 mile away from where i had to go with work. Great stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area next.

Summary: Rooms very good, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Staff at front desk weren't exactly friendly but were efficient. Staff in restaurant were helpful and cheery. Steam room and sauna werent very clean but pool was nice.
