Summary: We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff members made the experience wonderful. The room was clean and the breakfast selection offered a food range of continental food. I can not commend the staff highly enough, especially the waiters/watresses who worked tirelessly this morning! It is a little further than expected from the centre of Paris (roughly 20 minutes (€11 - €15 to and from the centre) ).

Summary: Enjoyed our stay with my 8-yr old son from a location & accessibility perspective but the staff at the front desk are rude (would not give me an extra glass for the room, or spoons for my son to have his yogurt). The house-keeping staff are very professional & courteous!!

Summary: Only fault was for room service when it came to getting towels and bedding. We had to go down to the front they would not bring it to us during the day. Also, no vending machines or room service to get drinks for my kids. They told us to Uber drinks, which is crazy.
