Positive: Fabulous location as one of the closest room to Eiffel tower as well as excellent window view day and night toward the tower. It was like your friend's spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 seperatedly toilet, 1 kitchen and big living room. You can expect all home appliances for your most convenient. I thought we can reach the rooftop, but no. Like visiting your friends, you need to take care of the cleanliness (wash dishes, gabage, ...), not a full service like in the hotel. All house keeping rules are available with clear instruction.

Negative: Good to behave like a good neighberhood, not to be noissy and be carefully when using stares or elevators, so, you won't be annoying for them. With that, I believe the host can share the facilities to welcome more guests in the long run.

Positive: Myself and 2 sisters went to Paris to support our Paralympic Archer Cousin. This property was perfect for us. Large lounge (with a view of the Eiffel Tower), well equipped kitchen, toilet separate from bathroom, only 2 floors up, good security on doors, bars and cafes downstairs and supermarket nearby. Due to great communication from Steve, we were able to enter the property early - his colleague Jeremie was waiting for us at the apartment. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.
