Summary: The bed and pull out bed was extremely comfortable. Great linens/duvets as well. AC was useful on the day we were there. Having access to the luggage room when we had to leave our luggage a little longer was a wonderful convenience for us. Excellent service!

Summary: I highly recommend this hotel!! We stayed in for 13 nights and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was varied but expensive. We had a problem at one of the rooms we booked and the reception took care of it quickly and smoothly. Parking is also really expensive. A bit of a walk to Mechelen station but the hotel is surrounded by many shopping stores and restaurants. Highly recommended and would stay again in the future!

Summary: Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds. The room was a clean. The AC worked ok, no complaints but the room did get a little warm for my taste. Overall great hotel.
