Positive: -The reception was nice ,they offered me a 50% breakfast for two nights. -the cleaning was perfect -the breakfast was fine

Negative: -No soundproof windows -The pressure was top low when to use the hot water -there should be a spoon for every plate at buffet ,some people are mixing pork with cheese . -No Omelette eggs

Positive: Everything was nice, breakfast was amazing. Moreover our room was ready at 7 am in the morning, and no extra cost was requested. Having a shover after a long travel was priceless

Positive: The staff were absolutely excellent, kind, helpful and welcoming. We had a lot of suitcases (Christmas travel) and we even got a helping hand with the bags from the Novotel Santa, who charmed my normally shy daughter. The gentleman at the front desk (I want to say his name was Zuri but it has been a few days) was very kind and helpful with a number of extra requests we had. De-stressing families traveling with small children during the holidays is not easy! Breakfast and rooms were good, and the location is convenient for shopping and meeting with friends, without being too hectic.

Negative: The doors next to the streets are closed, when you want to access the hotel you have to go through the parking area

Negative: Unfunctional fire emergency door closure to stair case. The door was always opem. This should have been noticed and corrected instally. Your staff should have noticed and reacted.
