Positive: This was our third time staying here due to its location en route to our intended destinations, very simple check in, down stairs bedroom (ideal when travelling with a dog) good outdoor space.

Negative: There was obviously a problem with the dinner service/kitchen due to the delay on food etc Quite basic, salad had clearly been just left in the fridge and some of my chicken was cold, wasn’t offered any sauces with our side order or whether we wanted another drink. Gym very basic and no free weights but still fine for a stop over

Positive: Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the woman on reception who told us how to catch the 14 bus and T2 tram into the city. Nice big room and big comfortable bed.

Negative: The hotel was full and it was a bit busy in the breakfast area but it was ok when we came back 15 minutes later.

Positive: EV Chargers, although third-party provider, location, if you are passing through, and the cleaning lady, was nice.

Negative: Although it is ok in general, it is definitely not a 4 starts hotel. There is no lift, neither help with the luggage, so if you are on the 1st floor like we were, not great. There was no safe, no coffee machine, you can not control the room air-conditioning, the furniture was not great as it wasn't the receptionist people.

Summary: Definitely not a 4* hotel

Negative: We booked into our room and the toilet didn’t work, they changed the room for us but that toilet didn’t work either. We were tired from driving and left it that way but it wasn’t great.

Positive: The room was lovely and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the negatives below, this hotel and its staff were very nice and I would recommend the Hotel.

Negative: No lift which is a shame as I have hidden disabilities which made it hard for me. The pool was closed on arrival at 6pm. The restaurant only had limited food available so we had to order in.
