Positive: I stayed here last year and it was a massive disappointment for a Novotel but on return what a difference! Clean, friendly staff, great location and great value for money

Negative: To pay an extra £21 for parking

Positive: Location was great, we have stayed here before. Lovely restaurant both breakfast and dinner were lovely. Having the pool is a bonus, specially for the kids and great to have parking. Staff are always really helpful and friendly.

Negative: Only down side was we had a bit of difficulty leaving the car park, we buzzed to be let out and I’m the end my Mum had to run back to reception to ask for the barrier to be lifted, there was a queue at this point.

Positive: Stayed in the executive room and it was very spacious, clean and had everything needed. The restaurant was pleasant to sit and enjoy and the staff was friendly.

Negative: The pool was cool and the cleaner on the day wasn't pleasant.

Positive: First room in the fifth floor smelt awful so we walked out and were given another room on level 3. The receptionist provided me with a key for the replacement room but my husband & luggage was still up on the fifth floor so my replacement room key would not permit me to go above floor three.

Negative: The receptionist checked our original room and closed the whole floor due to the awful stench of sewerage/toilet drains.

Summary: Awful, children running the halls and restaurant. Five dogs in the restaurant, two were barking.
