Positive: The staff is very friendly and make everything possible to provide a great staying. The rooms are very clean and the amenities are nice. Short walk from the tram station that is 2 stops away from the central station and from the city center.

Negative: The bed and the pillows are not so comfortable. The room was too warm and I couldn’t control it.

Positive: Clean, friendly, near tram stops and within a short walk from centre and zoo

Negative: Restaurant was prohibitively expensive, including breakfast. Staff came to clean room late afternoon when we were back there resting so we never had a full room service.
