Positive: Lots of room for 8 guests. Ample free car parking. Quiet location. Excellent wi-fi. Big kitchen which was well equipped. Very reasonably priced.

Negative: The shower doesn’t work well. Not enough hot water. The online check in is too complicated.

Summary: Great house for a big family or small group.

Positive: We appreciated the laundry facilities. Well appointed, and comfortable. A short walk to shops. A good base to explore around Inverness and attractions. A bit further out than we expected from Inverness, but wasn't a biggie. Shower didn't have great pressure but in the great scheme not a huge issue.

Negative: Shower lack of water pressure.

Positive: The house was sufficient for our party, the kitchen area was very well equipped

Negative: The shower was awfull, kept going hot and then cold, looks like it needed replacing. Also in the hallway the electrics were an eyesore preferably need boxing in. There was a terrible smell/odour constantly in the house which we think may have been coming from the food premises next door.

Summary: We didnt spend much time at the property, so was ok for what we needed apart from the shower.

Positive: The property was good. It was spacious. The directions to the location were clear and there was enough space for car parking. Bedrooms were big and spacious.

Negative: The shower heater wasn’t working properly and there is no hot water supply in the house. It’s available only intermittently and not consistently even in the morning time between 6 and 9:30 when we get ready to leave.

Positive: The house was in a great location and was a great size. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.

Negative: Some parts of the house weren't very clean. The kitchen especially could do with a deep clean. Parts of the decor could do with updating, there's patches of plaster where light switches have been moved. In 1 of the bedrooms the ceiling is bulging as if there's been significant water damage.

Negative: WiFi doesn’t work well. If you use the water tap in the kitchen .Then the water won’t come in the toilets . If you switch on the tap somewhere in the house then you can’t get the water in the other place , if you going to stay with more than 5 people in the house , it will take 2 hours to fresh up
