Positive: Staff were nice and check in was very easy. There was a free breakfast and it's a good place to stay if just passing through.

Negative: Room wasn't especially clean and hotel was pretty average but fine for the price paid.

Negative: The shower could've used some love and maintenance, but it was operational and I was able to use it.

Positive: Excellent location right on the beachfront. Tasty food in the restaurant, probably the best in town (we've tried several other places) Nice, friendly and English speaking staff - that's kinda' rare in the region. Seriously.

Negative: Cleanliness needs improvement.. Acceptable, but certainly not up to western European standards. The port is a bit too close, but it was more interesting than an annoyance. I think fixing some little things like replacing worn bedsheets and towels could greatly improve overall experience. The sheer beauty of the location and the kindness of the staff and local people negates all the small annoyances.

Positive: Hotel has an access in public beach. Beach was speechless warm and nice. /As you can see hotel says they have private beach access. Absolutely not, they only has a access in public beach which is they shouldn't mislead a wrong information to the guests.

Negative: As you can see hotel is Boutique hotel. It is more like family hotel. There is no staff and there are only owners working. They are nice people. But there is Zero hospitality. I'm working in hotel industry, which means I know a little about hospitality. /For example air condition was not working, I go downstairs by myself because there are no hotel phone, I explained the problem they says no, our condition is a quite new so there shouldn't be a problem. Then I go downstairs like 3-4 time, finally someone is coming for a fix. The man says to me don't play with air conditioner remote control./ Also room has a no wifi at all. Wifi is only available in first floor. One thing I was never see before was they offer a breakfast plate for free. But they will charge you for a water and coffee :)
