Summary: The hotel was closed temporarily for a maintenance issue. We were unable to check in.

Summary: Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Rooms were dusty and bathtubs were stained. The dining room area looked like it was under construction. There was no water for one entire morning.

Summary: This rooms were okay but the building itself left a lot to be desired. No clean towels in room even after asking for them. Breakfast was pretty abysmal. Whoever owns this place needs to do better. Blown out light bulbs in the hallways, door handles missing from doors. Crazy. Won’t stay again.

Summary: To find a hotel with good facilities so far up north was a challenge, and im very pleased to have stayed here. I understand running such a business is tough and i see them making improvements. Overall it was the staff that made this stay absolutely amazing. Checking is in late, helped with our luggage and offered after hours snacks. Ofcourse they know people travel long distances to get to Inuvik, so they made sure our stay was comfortable. We sure will stay here on our next Arctic trip!
