Summary: Upon arrival I was not greeted by the front desk person. I received my key shortly thereafter. I had to bring up the question of where to park, it's advertised that there is free parking but it should be clarified to the guest. Once we got in the room there was an extreme odor of smoke in a NON-SMOKING hotel. The accent chair was absolutely disgusting, it had streaks of who knows what on the cushion. The chair should be burned! The bathroom had mold in the caulking & a stained shower curtain. There were cockroach body parts on the floor. I would not recommend this "remodeled" Days Inn as the keycard revealed.

Summary: I was actually amazed by the comfort of this Gem. room was very spacious, huge TV, comfortable bed and cozy feeling -linens felt soft. Clean atmosphere.

Summary: It was fine. Room was clean. Area is not the greatest but nothing to be scared about. Took one star off because there’s no way to turn off heater/ac in the room. None that I saw anyway.
