Summary: Pleasant stay bed is comfortable staff was very helpful with helping me check in using the code to inter the building I highly recommend this place to friends and family I’ll be making reservations again for next holiday location near by food court and train stations bodega stores I felt safe staying there every floor as a security camera

Summary: The room was nice. Two bathrooms on our floor that are shared. My only problem with the place is it’s not well marked. I didn’t receive info on it until I called the number. The guy then sent me a link to fill out before he would send me any info. I was filling this out in the sidewalk outside the door. The only way I found it was ppl on the street seeing I looked lost with my suitcase and giving me directions. Once I filled it out I had to call again and he sent me a text with how to get inside. I’ve stayed at hostels before and the check in was a lot easier. This is located in the Bronx about a 5 min walk to the subway which was about a 45 min trip to down town. The room was very nice so no complaints there but I don’t think I would stay again.

Summary: Overall, my experience was good. The facility was clean and generally quiet. Wished the TV had working cable or the room had a mini refrigerator. I felt safe walking to the subway.

Summary: This is definitely one of the best places you'll find at such an affordable price in NYC. It is very simple. Don't expect hotel-like accommodations. However they do a good job keeping the place clean and you are less than 2 full blocks away from an MTA subway station. Very convenient. The only issue we had was that email confirmations stated that we could arrive as early as 10am to leave our stuff behind, but when we arrived around 10:30am we were told that it we weren't supposed to arrive until after noon (contradicting what we were told.) They did end up checking us in anyway, which was great. The bigger issue was that we were also told that we were supposed to have brought the full amount due in cash - which was not mentioned beforehand. The gentleman I spoke with repeatedly stated that it had been an email (it wasn't.) I DID get an email stating that we needed cash AFTER we had already arrived- this email was time stamped for 10:34am on the day of check-in - which was after we had arrived and after our phone conversation. Thankfully, there was an ATM very close, but I had to go get cash before they would check us in. This should have been communicated much sooner than the day of check-in, after we had already arrived. And I didn't love starting our visit being told on the phone that we had been instructed to bring cash when we hadn't. Bring cash. Hopefully in the future, they get better at sending out this information further in advance.
