Positive: Tastefully furnished and clean rooms, all installations (water, light, AC, TV) worked, super-friendly and supportive staff.

Negative: The neighbourhood is a bit rough, though.

Negative: The shower was a mess. Shower head was in the floor and you must hold it with one hand to shower. Not very comfortable experience.
