The property is a short drive from Lebanon, Dartmouth College in Hanover, and Woodstock, VT. Several ski mountains (Suicide Six, Mount Sunapee, Dartmouth Skiway, Killington, Ragged Mountain) are all less than 26 miles from the property. A perfect place to enjoy the beautiful, New England scenery while listening to the wind blow through trees and tall grasses.
*IMPORTANT: Guests with mobility or balance issues are cautioned against using our property because the stairs/steps to the upstairs loft/bedroom area are VERY STEEP.

Summary: I’m not sure this location should be rented out during peak winter months. Location lacks sufficient heater, must bring wood and axe and kindling. None of which was mentioned before I arrived. A hot tub was advertised in the listing. There is no hot tub on location.
