Positive: This hotel provides top-notch services & amenities including free laundry service (sent to front desk, delivered to room when completed), free drinks at lobby (with ice dispenser), more-than-typical room amenities: disposable facial towel (very useful for girl to remove make up), travel-size laundry detergent, mouthwash, etc. The room itself is very clean and after daily housekeeping, they will replenish complimentary water bottles, yogurt drinks and biscuits. It felt like we were in a five-star hotel. The staff were always very cheerful, friendly & helpful throughout our stay. We opted for the breakfast with great selection (although repetitive). Other than that, the hotel also provides snack/ dessert soup every evening. We would definitely come back here in the future. P.s. The nearest station to the hotel is not Kuanzhai Alley but Tonghuimen Station

Positive: Centrally located with super-helpful & friendly staff. They went out of the way to ensure our comfort, even booking taxis fof us throughout our stay. Buffet breakfast is ample, with staff at hand to ensure guests have everything. They also provide free overnight laundty service. Receptionists respond promptly using dedicated translation devices. There are free self-service cold drinks and hot soups at the entrance. We would definitely stay here again in Chengdu. Xie Pei Jun (谢培军?) is especially lovable!

Negative: Can't think of anything.

Summary: Excellent staff makes Nostalgia Hotel live up to its name!

Positive: Good breakfast. Awesome and spacious rooms!! Good location for what we needed. Nice staff. We arrived in the evening and ended up getting dinner at the nearby hot pot place. Couldn't find a lot of food options or variety nearby (just FYI) but they had evening snacks that one person in our group just ended up doing for dinner.

Summary: Spacious and really nice rooms. Good breakfast.

Positive: I loved this place! Location is close to metro station, convenience store nearby. The room was small but efficient and very stylish. The hotel also provides necessities like shampoo, water, little snacks. Breakfast was good too, different options day by day. The best was management here: very nice and sweet and helpful!

Negative: Everything was fine! But you should know the windows on the first floor overlook the street pretty closely. But for me it was totally okay!
