Summary: The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean. Great location near mumbles. Very good price with breakfast. Breakfast was really nice full cooked, toast, cereals and pastries with juice coffees and teas available.

Summary: Nice hotel in a handy location but sadly let down by their beds. Room was compact but was adequate for our one night stay. Mattress was very uncomfortable and bed was a small double so we were very cramped in bed. Such a shame when there was ample room for a king bed without moving anything.
