Pine Ave and Northshore Drive adorable beach home. Recently remodeled we are open for guests . Anna Maria Island vacation beach house located at the north end of the historic village of Anna Maria, Anna Maria Island. Just steps to Pine Ave, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Walk conveniently everywhere. We have another 2 bedroom 1 bath villa to offer as well, visit VRBO listing # 394722 for information.
Every morning with both of our villas location you can enjoy a short stroll to eating wonderfully fresh baked pastries, breads, and roasted coffee at the local antique shop and bakery just off of Magnolia and Gulf Drive. Stroll down Pine Ave. and step back in time with quaint store fronts and cafe's and front porches all with rocking chairs. Experience some of the best coastal shopping around. Along Pine Ave., Spring Ave, or Magnolia you have quick access to the west side of the island displaying 7 miles of a white sandy beach or to the east, just a short walk to the bay side of the island and spend time on the historic city pier while fishing, or viewing the Sunshine Skyway bridge. While down on Pine you can also experience the quaint downtown area for ice cream, dining, theatre, and shopping.
For the outdoor sport enthusiasts there is fishing, boating kayaking, parasailing, eco-tours, cycling, segway rentals, surfing, jet skis, NEV and golf cart rentals, golfing, and much more.

Summary: This house was in a perfect location and was very nicely kept. Everything was within walking distance, food, shops, and the beach. With all of that being so close, it was actually fairly quiet. The beach was maybe a block and a half walk, and was so beautiful and not crowded. If you wanted to visit other beaches, the trolley stop was also maybe a block away and can take you to another beach for free. The house itself was very cute and very nice. I spoke with the owner and was told they worked really hard to get the house back up and renovated after last year's hurricane. They did a great job, very homey. Everything was clean. We had one small hiccup mid way through our stay and the owner responded immediately and got it taken care of very quickly. Communication was great. The only suggestion I would make (and I experience this in every beach house I've ever rented), you really need inside rugs at the door to wipe sand from the feet (we vacuumed a lot throughout the week) and more towel hooks. Towel hooks for bathroom towels and beach towels. Overall great place to stay, would definitely stay here again when we make it back to AMI.

Summary: We couldn’t have asked for a better stay on Anna Maria Island. The rental property was beautiful, clean, and property owner was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a property within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. Thank you for a great visit and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Summary: Great property & excellent location! Very clean and homey with nice outdoor seating area on the side of home and out back with privacy fence. Close walk to the beautiful beach and many shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent this property again!

Summary: The house was just as it was pictured & very clean! So close to everything in town & the beach. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but not bad. This was our first trip to AMI, so we did not know much about the area or beach access. We quickly learned that we liked the beach access on Elm better than the one on Pine because the beach was a little less crowded. It was a slightly longer walk, but worth it. All in all, great house in a great location & we would definitely consider staying here again!
