Positive: House was very comfortable for a large party. Plenty of options for gathering. Great location. Pool and patio were great

Negative: There was water leak from upstairs bathroom to lower bedroom, where we heard the drip drip drip.

Summary: Excellent visit. Ana Maria and Beach to Bay Getaway were awesome

Positive: The pool, the ac, the backyard. Walk to Barony park was so easy. Very quiet.

Negative: The layout of this home is awkward. No access to pool from garage. The garage door into house goes into one bedroom. The pool decking and the pool gets too hot. The TV is hard to use and slow. The kitchen is small and upstairs. Weird layout, but we had a great time. The safety alarm on the door is annoying but necessary.
