Summary: Location for wedding amazing. Less than 5 minute walk. Property clean and welcoming. Complimentary tea coffee and jam !. Towels large as often small at other places. Heating easy to use. Great outside space. Beds very comfortable . Gtest to have downstairs loo in addition to the upstairs bathroom. Hoover very full and spilt when tried to use it - Only poor point

Summary: The house was lovely. We did have problems with the boiler it was showing a fault E1. This happened a few times during the stay. The electrics went off and we had to reset the trip Switch.
