Positive: Rachel was an amazing host, everything was made clear to me before I arrived and she was very helpful with the additional help I needed. The accommodation is very conveniently for both walking and getting taxis. Everything worked as expected, would absolutely recommend.

Negative: There is nothing within the host's control that I didn't like. If you need parking, you may struggle a bit as the street next to the property seemed quite full, but I noted there were always at least a couple of spaces when I was coming in and out.

Summary: Excellent experience, will be staying again if I'm back in the area.

Positive: Great apartment over a shop. Plenty of room, lovely natural light. Very pleasantly surprised to find lovely breakfast in the fridge on arrival. Lots of nice, welcoming touches, including fresh flowers. Highly recommended.

Positive: A very cozy apartment. It has all you need to be comfortable, including kitchen tools, towels, etc. Very good to have the coffee machine ready, and some food to make breakfast (bacon, eggs, milk). The area is very good, I liked it very much.

Negative: Two small things I add for information, even thought they were not at all a problem for me: City center and main railway station (Temple Meads) is a good walk far away (25-30 min.) The entrance to the apartment is in a back alley full of trash bins and a bit dirty.

Summary: Cozy apartment, surprise coffee and breakfast!

Positive: Easy instructions to get in . Wonderful clean property . Was such a comfortable place to stay near to good bars and shops . Really lovely comfortable stay and there was breakfast in the fridge for us . Would highly recommend
