Summary: We so enjoyed our stay in this cozy little studio! We had some family in town, and the host was so generous about allowing us to have them stay one night and come over for game night. The studio was well stocked with dishes, towels, and toiletries. It was wonderful to have the small portable tables which we used as bedside tables and a game table. The space was small but very versatile and we loved our stay. Thank you!!!

Summary: If you want heat for the cool mornings in the summer, request the portable heater as the main heat is turned off for the summer. Very nice property. Quiet area, comfortable bed, conveniently located between town and the marinas out north. Owners are quick to communicate.

Summary: This place is peaceful and beautiful. It has all the amenities and was incredibly comfortable. Nice comfy bed and big kitchen and laundry! Our hosts were accommodating and thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s a beautiful, quiet neighborhood away from the tourist spots and cruise ships. An easy walk or bike ride to Parks and recreation areas and a market. There are buses into Ketchikan but we didn’t use them. It was easy to park our camper.

Summary: Very comfortable, clean, quiet, good location. Our only issues and these are probably just an over-site. We had only 1 washcloth. Planned on taking a shower but discovered there was no soap or shampoo.

Summary: My 18-year old daughter and I spent a week in Ketchikan on a fishing graduation trip. This was a great place to stay - highly recommended. The location is north of Ketchikan about fifteen minutes, and a short drive north of Walmart (where there's also a great "Local Grounds" Kiosk for your coffee fix). We were a very short drive from Knudson Cove and Clover to the north, and just ten minutes or so from the gorgeous Ward Lake. Staying where there were Sitka deer and the Tongass forest in your backyard was a very nice alternative to the cruise ship nuttiness of downtown Ketchikan. The unit itself was perfect. The kitchen has a full-sized stove and refrigerator, and we made most of our meals there. (A good alternative, since restaurants in Ketchikan aren't so hot (with the expection of the delicious "Barn Door.") The studio was very clean and comfortable, and really quiet and peaceful. Importantly, it has a true separate entrance: it was like having our own place for the week. The owners were great. They knew it was my daughter's graduation trip, and welcomed her with a little graduation card and gifts. There were nice touches throughout, like a fully stocked medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The owners checked in occasionally via text to make sure we were ok, but didn't hover - a really thoughtful balance. Can't recommend this place too highly - hope to stay here again during some future fishing trip.
