Positive: The quality and care Billie puts into this property is exceptional! the complimentary breakfast was outstanding and more than enough. The view from the retreat is beautiful and can see the cows going about their day 😊 The property was very very clean and all amenities were in great condition.

Negative: Could not find a fault with our stay here.

Positive: The location was exceptional, the views/setting were beyond our expectation and the attentiveness of the team was great. There were details added to the service that really made the experience very special.

Negative: I booked for 2 people which meant the other rooms were locked and only one bathroom was to be used. None of this effected our stay but it’s worth making this clearer.

Positive: This was such an incredible property, all the bedrooms were really cozy & spacious. Beds were comfortable. It’s very colonial but so clean & well taken care of. Very easy check in & contactable host. Such a wonderful place for a large group. We absolutely loved everything about Norms!

Positive: The views, the legitimate country farm feel and the background story about the farmstead and Norm n Nita. We all commented that the beds and linen were the most comfortable we had ever experienced. The supplies and breakfast food was also excellent

Negative: Bbq didn’t work and safety switch clicked several times which also caused pilot light to go out several times. Luckily we knew how to turn it back on without any trouble

Summary: The scenery, ambience and hospitality were excellent. The central heatingworked incrediblywell too adding tothe comfort

Positive: Amazing host, great location very relaxing The sunset was incredible. Our little dog had a great time to only challenge, no fenced area so had to keep the dog on the lead when outside… All in all 10/10
