Beautifully renovated Beach House. Hamptons style beach home in the heart of Noraville, only steps to cafes, bars and shops, 950m to beach access.

Moments away Jenny Dixon and Hargraves beach or Norah Head where you can visit the lighthouse or enjoy a cocktail at Jonny Tapas after a long days swimming at Pebbly beach.

The Space....
On arrival, you will enter into the property through a tall timber paling fence, onto a sandy bed of pebbles, white raised timber planters show a dense range of tropical plants from golden canes, bamboo, birds of paradise etc. at the end of the entry is the hot out door shower, perfect for rinsing off after your swim.

The beach house has 3 large bedrooms, all with queen beds and artwork. The master bedroom also has a smart TV. The bedrooms open into a large hallway clad with timber where you will find the reading nook, looking out into the secret garden.

The secret garden has a picnic table and benches to enjoy your morning coffee, lunch and dinner. There are plenty of hanging pots and plants, surrounded by a tropical garden bed. At the end of the secret garden is an external bathroom and shower.

The kitchen is large, with an island bench and boasts a very large picture window looking into secret garden.

Dining is located at the end of the hall way and has French doors leading onto the deck.

The living space has a smart TV, a couch and arm chairs, coffee table and styled to be the perfect chill out space.
