Positive: Owner is very nice and good at communication, the board game, toys are good to entertain my child. The bed are also comfortable, the kitchen is pretty good to provide everything needed, and my kids love the timtam.

Negative: Not big issue , just I went there on a super hot day, the air con in the lounge area is not very strong. And good to have a vacuum cleaner there but might need the filter clean. As soon as I started using it, it has a bit dusty smell.

Summary: Overall I think it is very good and my kids love it.

Positive: The house was clean, comfortable and good value for money. The bedding configuration was perfect for our needs, we were close to the beach and we spent alot of time out on the back deck. Loved that there were beach towels and chairs for us to use. We also appreciated the tower of snacks, breakfast cereals, tea/coffee and biscuits - nice treat on arrival.

Negative: Located on the Central Coast Hwy, the road traffic noise was loud and constant. Grateful for the back deck.

Summary: Just what we needed as a friends' catch up, rest and recharge.

Positive: I loved everything about staying here. it was clean and there were so many thoughtful touches like the snacks. cereals chocolate etc. the owner was friendly in our communications and her us check in early. my friends who stayed all thought it was a wonderful place and we would definitely rebook if we were in the area again

Positive: Jen is a great host , comfortable stay , easy access to beach, had a good sleep , love the wood fire , friendly neighbours, breakfast cireal, outdoor showers , kitchen utensils. Everything what you need for a memorable stay. Would recommend every one to stay here for the holidays.

Positive: Absolutely loved our stay. Clean, open and had breakfast supplies if needed. Very easy to get to the local attractions and the beach was literally around the back. Will stay here again for sure.

Negative: I couldn't think of anything that could be improved.
