Positive: The owner (Munis) was very friendly, prompt and helpful in our communications. Finding and accessing the flat was straight forward, with clear instructions from Munis. The flat was clean and spacious enough for the three of us. We liked that it was self contained, and that the surrounding neighbourhood was generally quiet, especially overnight. Two absolute requirements for us were a parking space and a walk-in shower, both of which were met by this property. Adjustable electric heaters were very effective at keeping the place warm. Although we didn't make use of it, the balcony is a lovely feature for sunnier days. It was slightly unusual to find that the twin room had the ensuite (shower) and the double room had a separate bathroom and shower, but that was fine for us. We appreciated that basics such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid, cleaning sprays etc were provided. Overall the flat is a lovely place to stay for a few days and we would recommend it to friends and family. (Be advised that the photos currently online are representative of this property but not actual photos of it.)

Negative: We couldn't get either of the TVs to work, other than YouTube on the main one. It wasn't really a problem but perhaps some instructions might be helpful there.

Positive: The communication with the host was always fast and friendly. The parking space is right in front of the house. Quite neighborhood, and a great place to make trips to Windsor castle, Highclere(Downton Abbey castle) and to London by train. The two separate bathrooms made it very comfortable.
