Positive: Friendly and helpful owner who can help arrange trips to Song Kul. Shared bathroom, but good shower. Breakfast was also good.

Negative: Rooms did not lock, which was a bit concerning, but then again Kyrgyzstan is a relatively safe place and we had no trouble.

Summary: Good for a short stay and to organise a trip to Song Kul

Positive: Very friendly hosts and great location near centre with shops and ATM. Good breakfast included and good diner for 500 som and laundry services available for 300 som. Hot shower!

Negative: The room was a little cold, but the electric heater helped.

Positive: The room was rather simple, only had 2 beds and a small bedside table, so there were little space to put stuff. There were blackouts at night (but this might not be a problem of theirs). Rooms were well heated and the host were very kind. Dinner was delicious (we added dinner) home cooked food.

Negative: One bathroom is shared by the whole house and another group of customer blamed us for making it dirty when it wasn’t us.

Positive: I just had amazing stay at Nomad's. The Guest House is run by an extremely nice people and they let you feel like you are part of their family - really. I had probably most delicious food I've tried in Kyrgyzstan there. All cooked by a very nice host who is always smiled. The father of the family is always ready to chat and he organised super nice evening in a yurt with traditional kyrgyz bbq. Highly recommended!

Negative: Only have one bathroom and one toilet cum bathroom so quite taxing for 12 of us. Electricity tripped twice during the night

Negative: Bare minimum provided - only one blanket despite the cold, towel was half-sized and only provided upon request, breakfast was barebones with two fried eggs, two slices of tomatoes, one cup of tea and a shared platter of bread and apples, but neither sugar for the tea nor jam for the bread. Room doors could not be closed properly (see picture), much less be locked. Also check-in was haphazard where host asked us to open every room (including those with other guests!) to figure out which is ready… None was and we waited for housekeeper to arrive and prepare the room. Note we reserved at 8am and arrived at 5pm.
