Positive: Stayed here because I wanted to be close to this side of the city . The check in was very smooth with the receptionist speaking excellent English. The aparthotel is very modern and has an excellent space in the lobby .room was very clean and comfortable, AC worked very well as was needed . Used the swimming pool which was a welcome relief from the heat . The cafe had excellent coffee ☕. Area well serviced by a few bus routes to the city centre and atocha

Negative: The room could have been cleaned or new towels during the four nights as I had to get new towels myself.. maybe I had to request this not sure ....that's all

Positive: Great location, good atmosphere and great value for money! It’s great as a stopover during a road trip.

Negative: Unfortunately we are disappointed. This was the second time we stayed at Node Madrid Carabanchel. The first time was 10 days ago on the way to Benidorm by car . We stayed one night and rested and continued the road trip the next day . At the time we were informed we could use the pool even after checking out. The second time we checked in at 23.30 and went straight to bed since we were tired from driving . The next day we checked out by 11.30 am and asked whether we could use the pool for a bit . The receptionist said “No. Not after checkout “. We had been informed on the first stay that we could use the pool and stay around even after checkout if we wanted . At the time we didn’t stay but this time we did want to relax a bit before continuing the journey home. We were disappointed with the customer service .
