Positive: Everything was great!!! Location about 2km from the center but some local restaurants, shops,laundry are just few min away. The rooms are clean, breakfast tasty and all family is really kind and helpful.

Positive: We had the best 5 night stay at Anniewatte house. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The host family were very welcoming, accomodating and very helpful! They helped us organise a scooter and looked after our bags while we spent nights in Sigiriya, also offered to drop us at the train station early in the morning. Highly recommend this home to stay in Kandy!

Positive: Booked here very last minute after another booking fell through. I arrived late in the evening, so only a very brief visit, but the room was simple but spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast was nice and served outside on the terrace in the morning.
Negative: As with many places I stayed in Sri Lanka, bedding was minimal but I had a silk liner which did the job!
