Positive: It’s a beautiful property and far better than what I expected after seeing it on Booking.com The owners were charming and we had a really lovely breakfast. The outlook was magnificent and altogether far better than what we were anticipating.

We felt so well taken care of - rarely in our lives have we seen such a beautiful accommodation, furnished with so much love and attention to detail. Positive: It is a beautiful house with an amazing view of the surroundings. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Included facilities were great. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Negative: We were out most of the time, and didn't get to spend that much time relaxing there.

Positive: This was definitely the most beautiful and comfortable accommodation we stayed in during our month travelling around Sri Lanka. The view overlooking the winding river and rainforest was stunning, and being able to enjoy this from the bathtub was a truly amazing experience. Alex and Hemma were such gracious hosts and were really helpful with suggestions for Kandy. They are genuinely lovely people who made us feel right at home during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious. We couldn't recommend this place enough, and our only regret was not staying here for longer!!!

Negative: This place was amazing, there is nothing bad we can say about our stay!

Positive: Our stay was lovely, with the hosts being friendly with good recommendations for the city. The room was both comfortable and clean. The view of the river from the property was nice and also a cool garden, making it a relaxing authentic getaway.

Positive: An true hidden gem in Kandy. The place was beautiful, and very comfortable. The view from the garden was amazing, and the sound of the birds at night were unforgettable. But perhaps most impressive were the hosts. We had some problems with the next leg of our travels through Sri Lanka, and Alex was gracious enough to help us out with solving our problems. Very accommodating! Would definitely recommend!
